When a learner encounters an issue, it's important to respond as quickly as possible to help keep them engaged and encouraged—even if we don't have a solution just yet.
To escalate an issue to the Endless OS Foundation tech team, use this form or message the #tech
channel in Slack.
Engagement agents should collect as much information proactively as reasonable so the issue can be identified and resolved with less back-and-forth. Helpful information includes:
Operating system: Windows, macOS, Endless OS, ChromeOS, etc.
Web browser (if web-based issue): Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, etc.
URL where the issue occurs (if we-based issue): e.g. https://endlessstudios.com/programs/123/
How the app was installed (if app issue, e.g. Godot): from the Godot website, from Flathub, etc.
Example project: if possible, including an example file (e.g. a Godot project) where the issue is reproducible is invaluable
